• DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION SERVICES:
  Trinity Recycling, Inc. works closely with each client to identify document security needs.   Trinity Recycling, Inc. meets with key people to discuss document flow and to identify the critical areas which generate information that needs to be secured.   This is usually done with the site director, building manager or department managers.   We help you estimate your needs, namely the number of containers and the frequency of pick-ups.  
  
  The cost to use our service is approximately 1/3 the cost of shredding in house.   The office shredding process is very labor intensive, a tedious task that many staff considers a waste of time.   The ease and convenience of our service eliminates the risk and liability this information poses if not properly destroyed.   Our service is much more efficient at a fraction of the cost of office shredders.

Locked storage containers are provided   for you. Your staff can easily deposit documents through slots in the containers.   We can service your account on a monthly, biweekly, weekly or daily basis. Trinity Recycling, Inc. will issue a certificate of destruction that can be mailed and/or faxed to the customer.

Our secure building is monitored with a 9 channel digital security system cameras on the perimeter, both front and rear.   Cameras are also located at dock doors and entrance doors.   These cameras send real time digital motion images to a 9 channel station which is monitored by office personnel and also sent to a digital disk for recording.
